We use the best method possible to ensure your gifts and desserts arrive when you choose. Each Cheryl's gift is shipped separately and carefully packaged to ensure perfect arrival. Please check all of your addresses carefully. We can not extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address. Arrival Dates & Timely Delivery

Delivery dates may be impacted by extreme weather conditions. In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value. In making substitutions, we take great care and consideration in selecting gifts that will meet or exceed the expectations of both the gift giver and recipient. If you would like your gift to arrive on a particular day please use Overnight Shipping service to guarantee your delivery.

Deliveries to Hospitals, Hotels and Colleges

When delivering gifts and desserts to these types of addresses, we guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department at the location. It is then the responsibility of this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient. This may cause delays as the mailroom or receiving department does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time. If you have questions about a delivery please contact us at 1.800.443.8124.

Freshness Recommendations

Because Cheryl's products do not contain preservatives, we recommend that you use expedited delivery services for deliveries to states west of the Mississippi, northeastern states and the state of Florida. Our products are best enjoyed within 3-4 days after receiving them or freeze immediately.

Nutritional & Product Information

Canada

We gladly ship to our Canadian neighbors; delivery takes 1-2 weeks and additional shipping charges will apply to each item on the order. As these orders cannot be placed online, please call 1-800-443-8124 and a sales representative will be happy to place your order for you.

Perishable Gifts

Some perishable gifts incur an additional charge to guarantee perfect arrival. This might include specially insulated shippers and ice-gel packs for chocolates or cheesecakes to keep them cool and delicious, and Express Shipping for cut flower bouquets so they arrive fresh and beautiful.

Gift Cards

There is no standard shipping charge for the purchase of gift cards. To expedite delivery of gift cards, add $7.99 for 2-day express or $10.99 for overnight express.

Alaska & Hawaii Deliveries

for shipping to these destinations, please add an additional $9.99 per item plus Standard Shipping Charge.

International Shipping

International shipping is limited to Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, England, Wales, Great Britain, Scotland and APO/FPO addresses. Gifts to Canada will incur an additional surcharge of $17.99 per item, plus standard delivery charges. Gifts to the other countries listed above will incur an additional surcharge of $29.99 per item, plus standard delivery charges. There is no additional surcharge for deliveries to APO/FPO addresses.

P.O. Box Deliveries

Shipping to a P.O. Box will incur a surcharge of $5.99.

Monthly fruit gifts

Items that have this indicator Pear Indicator Image are harvested during the month the fruit reaches its peak quality. Because the harvest can vary, we cannot honor requests for specific arrival dates.

Floral gifts

We automatically deliver many of our plant gifts via 2-3 Day Express; see product pages for details.

Cut Flower Bouquets

To ensure perfect arrival, fresh cut bouquets are delivered via Express Shipping and incur an $9.99 shipping surcharge. Gifts with fresh flowers cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses.

How We Ship

Our gifts are trucked under controlled temperatures to a major city near their destination where they are released to delivery services for final delivery. We use only the most effective delivery services available to guarantee that your order arrives on time. We recommend shipping to a street address, not a P.O. Box.

Our custom containers make sure your gift baskets, gift towers and plant gifts arrive just as fresh, perfect and delicious as you see them online. If you've ever received gift baskets from other gift companies, you'll appreciate the difference right away.

Delivery Guarantee

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given

Additional Shipping & Processing Information

All shipping and processing charges are based on the regular price of merchandise shipped to a named recipient at a single address.

To ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition, we recommend shipping to a street address, not a P.O. Box. Wine shipments cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.

Incorrect addresses may delay shipment. Your order may be subject to additional charges for address correction or forwarding by postal or shipping services.

We reserve the right to correct error(s) in printed or electronic publications.

If rising costs affect shipping charges, a surcharge may be included and will be reflected in your order total.
